New! HIIT Sculpt with Keith

Every Tuesday and Thursday at 9:45am

Join Coach Keith for HIIT Sculpt!  HIIT Sculpt is a mat based, bare foot, highly intentional, and fast-paced, full body workout that will get your heart pumping, sweat flowing and leave you oh so sore in the best way! Each class consists of an extensive warm-up to open up and ready your body to move, as well as fire up your smaller muscle groups (core, glutes, hips, hamstrings, quads, IT Band and more).  The meat of each HIIT Sculpt class has 8(ish) x 4(ish) minute interval sets focused on working different muscle groups and getting your body moving in multiple planes to support daily movement patterns. HIIT sculpt utilizes props such as bands, straps, balls, etc. (provided). Cardio is thrown in to make this a real burner! Cool-down stretches provided at the end of class.

What to bring: Water bottle, sweat towel, yoga mat

Ages 16+ only, drop-ins always welcome

First class is free, then $10 per class. Venmo: Keith-Lewis-4 or cash at time of class. 5 class punch card available for $40. Expires after 1 year (non-refundable)

A two-hour journey with your soul through movement, stillness, and sound. Join instructor Benedetto for a truly unique experience: set your intention to connect with purpose through intentional breath and movement with Qigong, ease and stretch into the body with gentle yoga, and relax, integrate your energy and intention with a soothing crystal singing bowl sound bath during extended Savasana.    $15-$25 sliding scale

Belly Dance Classes with Jessamyn

Join me every Wednesday for our Summer Workshop Series!  

We'll be welcoming some wonderful guest instructors, diving deep into a range of dance styles and topics (schedule below), and celebrating my favorite season of the year!

Burlesque with Nat

Every Saturday: 1:30 - 2:30

Ages 18+, register here (required)


Want to feel your sexiest self? Build confidence and community? Burlesque Saturdays with Nat is where it all begins. This class will offer learning Burlesque basics while strutting to club classics to embrace your hottest self.  We will learn a dance for two-weeks then move on to new choreo after that. You can drop-in at any time since we will review the previous week’s choreography while adding new. 


What to wear? Wear clothing that makes you feel confident and sexy. We will be doing a lot of fast movement and groundwork, therefore long, baggy clothes may not be ideal. This class will be taught in heels, but for beginners, I STRONGLY encourage you to either be barefoot or wear athletic shoes until you become confident and comfortable to start wearing heels. Please read the disclaimer on the sign-up sheet regarding safety if you do decide to wear heels. 


The music in class will be bumping and have strong language in it so individuals under 18 will not be accepted in class due to this and the nature of style this class offers.
